Can I get additional services besides the car rental services?

Yes. While booking your rental car service, you can buy extra services in the additional services step.

I have booked a car through your web site. How do I know if it's approved?

When you complete your reservation, information will be sent to the e-mail address you specified for confirmation.

I found the vehicle I liked at an affordable price. How will I pay?

You can pay online if you see payment step while booking. If our web site doesn’t ask for the payment, you can pay cash on delivery.

Will it be possible to pay in installments if I pay by credit card?

There is no installment option for rent a car service.

Which documents should I keep with me to pick up the rental car?

During the delivery of the rental car, it is sufficient to have a valid credit card arranged on your behalf for the licensing and pre-authorization process.

What should I do in case of an accident?

According to the rental and insurance conditions, you need to get alcohol report and traffic report. For detailed information, you can read our booking agreement.

Can I deliver the rental car to a different office? Is there an additional fee?

You can return your car to any of our offices. If the vehicle delivery and return offices are different, you may have to pay additional fees, depending on the distance and our office rules. You can get detailed information from the delivery office.

Is your company licensed?

Yes, our company is licensed.

I have children. Can you provide child / infant seats?

Yes, it will be provided if you choose the amount of child or baby seats you need while in Additional Services step.
